Located right at the waters edge, these charming cutom built cabins are a delightful upgrade from tenting. You could be sitting on the covered deck with your morning tea or coffee and be within a few yards of the water, listening to the serene call of our resident Great Canadian Loons.
Our Camping Cabins are a 1 room cabin (12ft. X 12ft.) with 1 double bed and 1 set of large bunk beds, as well as a table, chairs, electrical outlet, lights, covered deck with a picnic table and cold water tap outside. They are non-housekeeping, so you have to bring everything you would bring to go tenting (i.e. blankets, pillows, cooking supplies etc.) except for your tent and matresses. (ALL of our Cabins are Non-Smoking! $50 fine if not followed.)
These cabins are $65/night plus tax, based on 2 adults, Children 12 and under are free (Children over 13 are charged as adults). Maximum people per Camping Cabin is 4 persons.
Years ago, this quaint cabin was a fishing camp, and now it is quite "retro". It's not modern, but you'll love its charm. located near our kids play fort, so it's great for family's, fish'er people, and tourists alike.
Each bedroom has 1 single bed and 1 set of bunk beds. The kitchen / living room has a sofa that folds out to a Queen size bed. It is equiped with a flush toilet (NOT a full bath), fridge, stove, kitchen sink with cold water, dishes, coffee maker, toaster, also a propane BBQ outside on the deck.
This 2 Bedroom Cabin is also non-housekeeping so you will need to bring your own blankets and pillows. It is $110/night plus tax, based on 2 adults, Children 12 and under are free (Children over 13 are charged as adults)
This is the original "camper trailer" – but you don't need any horses to pull it. It's about the size you would imagine an old western covered wagon to be. After you've had your Gypsy dance by the campfire, you'll find yourself hoping for rain at night so you can listen to it dance on the roof.
The Gypsy wagon has one double bed with matress. There is a bench on each side (no matress) which could also sleep children about 4 feet tall. It has a small built in table and a rechargable lantern is supplied during check-in.
It is $55/night plus tax, based on 2 adults.
Welcome to the world of the Native American Tipi. If you are interested in our tipi, your going for the experience. Custom painted with a native motif. Let your imagination run wild, but remember these are primitive dwellings.
The first nations peoples did not have a wooden floor, as supplied as with these, they also do not have any mosquito neting, and they smeared bear fat on there skin when the mosquitoes were bad. They had to live with drips coming down the poles when it rained. Don't worry to much about this though, because it's sunny most of the time, and the mosquitoes are never bad here.
It is $50/night plus tax, based on 2 adults, and dependant children. Can sleep up to a maximum of 8 persons, (extra charges will apply).
